Price Validity

Price Adjustments: Final price may vary 5–10% depending on measurements, work scope, or changes in design/materials.
Booking Payment: 5% of quote or INR 25,000 (whichever is higher).

Payment Structure

First Instalment: 5% of the quote value or INR 25,000
Second Instalment: 45% within 2 days of design finalization
Final Instalment: 50% before "Ready to Dispatch" date
Convenience Fee: Non-refundable 2% (inc. GST) on select methods
Order Details: Booking name must match KYC; no name/GST edits post-booking
Minimum Order Value: INR 1,50,000 (for woodwork)
Quote Exclusions: May exclude civil, plumbing, electrical, gas piping

Cash Payments: Max INR 49,999 without PAN; INR 1,99,999 with PAN

Warranty Limitations

Aatharv Interior does not warrant against and is not responsible for the following conditions or damages to the Covered Products:

Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, and cuts from regular use or mishandling.
Misuse and Negligence: Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond standard usage.
Bends: Only bends exceeding 3mm will be addressed.
Water Leakage and Seepage: Structural seepage or continuous dampness.
Degradation and Discoloration: Caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Inappropriate Cleaning Agents: Damaging chemicals, abrasives, or sprays.
Mistreatment and Negligent Use: Negligent installation or harsh weather conditions.
Alterations and Modifications: Unauthorized changes or modifications.
Force Majeure Events: Natural calamities, wars, government actions, etc.
Improper Maintenance: Improper usage beyond intended purpose.
Resale: Warranty void after resale.
Re-installation, Repair, or Alteration: By unauthorized personnel.
Rusting of Metallic Parts: Due to sprays and household chemicals.

Procedure to Claim Warranty

Initiate the Claim: Contact Aatharv Interior's customer service by ticket or official number. Include defect details and photos.
Assessment: A representative will inspect the product and assess the warranty eligibility.
Confirmation: Once validated, repair or replacement will proceed.
Replacement Process: A product closely matching dimensions and color will be provided. It will carry the original warranty's remaining period.

Procedure to Claim Warranty (Post Installation)

Following the installation process, our team will provide the following cleaning services at the site:

For any transportation of materials via stairs beyond the 2nd floor, additional charges will apply on actual.

Cancellation Policy

At Aatharv Interior, our utmost priority is to facilitate the seamless execution of every order. While we strive for perfection, our operations involve coordination with multiple stakeholders, including manufacturers, raw material providers, and accessory suppliers. Despite our best efforts, there may arise certain situations necessitating alterations to our prices and material offerings. In such cases, we are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency, thereby affording our customers the option to cancel their orders if circumstances require.

For all other scenarios, we kindly direct the attention of our valued customers to the table presented below:

Aatharv Interior shall not share the final designs with the customer

If site masking is completed, or 60 days have elapsed from order booking date, whichever is earlier | R2P Stage | Nil refund.

Any time after signing of the Works Contract | Production Stage and beyond | Nil refund.

The customer will not be eligible for any refund and moreover, shall be obligated to pay the remaining price of Order Value of the project to Aatharv Interior, i.e., the remaining 50%, in compliance with the Works Contract.

NOTES:

Order Booking Amount: At the stage of booking an order, the customer is required to make a payment equivalent to 5% of the order value or INR 25,000, whichever amount is higher.
Design Stage: This stage begins once the customer has made the payment for the first installment, which is 5% of the order value or INR 25,000, whichever amount is higher. The design stage concludes before the payment of the second installment, which constitutes 45% of the order value.
Production Stage: This stage begins when the customer successfully makes the payment for the second installment, equivalent to 45% of the order value. During this stage, the orders are processed for production.
First Design Discussion: This marks the date of the initial offline or online design discussion between the customer and representatives from Aatharv Interior.
Site Measurement: Site measurement refers to the date when representatives from Aatharv Interior visit the customer's site for measurement and masking purposes.
Order Value: This refers to the total value of the customer's project, which is finalized after confirming the quote. The order value includes all applicable discounts and taxes.
Refunds: Refunds, as per the cancellation policy outlined above, will be processed only to the customer's bank account. This applies regardless of the payment mode or the origin of the payment received by Aatharv Interior.

Customer Conduct

At Aatharv Interior, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, ensuring the dignity and respect of all individuals regardless of sex, race, religion, caste, origin, disability, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

We expect our customers to treat our representatives with the utmost respect and courtesy, providing them with a safe and compliant environment to carry out their services at the project site. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in Aatharv Interior refusing to perform any services until the necessary conditions are met. This includes situations where customers behave in a discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate manner, or if their actions negatively impact the provision of our services.

It’s important to note that non-compliance with this section may lead to delays that affect the Delivery Guarantee timeline specified in the customer's project. Such delays will be considered a breach by the customer under the Works Contract and/or Quotation agreed upon with Aatharv Interior.

In the event that a representative behaves in a manner contrary to our values or in violation of the law, customers are required to report the incident with valid evidence to support@aatharvinterior.com within 48 hours of its occurrence.

All communications between customers and our representatives must be documented in writing, preferably through official email channels. If additional assistance is needed, customers may contact the Care Team at care@aatharvinterior.com. Any complaints or escalations sent to unnecessary parties within Aatharv Interior will be considered non-compliance with this section, and appropriate actions will be taken as per applicable law.

Terms & Conditions

Commencement of Warranty: This warranty shall commence on the date the consumer registers their warranty policy with Aatharv Interior by contacting us on +91 120-4922972 and providing all necessary purchase and personal details. Registration must occur within seven (7) days from the project handover or the customer’s move-in date, whichever comes earlier.
Non-Restart of Warranty: Settlement of any claim shall not reset the warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Aatharv Interior shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages. The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty policy is as specified herein.
Alternative Accommodation: Aatharv Interior is not obligated to provide alternative accommodation during repair work. Customers are responsible for making their own arrangements, if necessary.
Exclusions: This warranty policy does not cover defects resulting from circumstances beyond Aatharv Interior’s control, including but not limited to natural calamities, vandalism, acts of God, customer abuse or negligence, normal wear and tear, surface contaminants, structural defects, or previous coating failures.
Claim Period: Any claims under this warranty policy must be made within three (3) days of the customer discovering any defect, damage, or failure.
Inspections and Testing: Aatharv Interior reserves the right to conduct inspections and tests either directly or through nominated representatives, before any repairs are undertaken by the customer.
Timely Repairs: While Aatharv Interior will make best efforts to complete repair work promptly, it does not assume liability for delays in this regard.
Repair Control: Aatharv Interior reserves the right to oversee repairs to ensure compliance with specifications and instructions, and may appoint or approve contractors at its discretion.
Limited Warranties: There are no warranties, expressed or implied under law, beyond those included in this warranty document.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers are expected to provide basic necessities such as a stool/ladder, bucket, and water for paint mixing to painters at the site.
Authorized Decisions: The decision regarding repair of any component, in part or in whole, rests solely with authorized Aatharv Interior representatives following inspection.
Product Replacement: Repairs are subject to current product offerings within the Aatharv Interior line. If a product becomes obsolete or discontinued, Aatharv Interior will replace affected components with similar alternatives based on availability at the time of the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This warranty constitutes the sole express warranty provided by Aatharv Interior, and all other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby disclaimed.
Aatharv Interior specifically disclaims any liabilities, contracts, torts, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. The company makes no warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Aatharv Interior shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages arising from or related to this warranty or assistance.
